1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tutorily website (https://tutorily.io) and our tutoring services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Tutorily provides online English language tutoring, including but not limited to IELTS preparation, TOEFL preparation, Business English, General English, Spoken English, Academic Writing, Cambridge Exam preparation, and English for Kids & Teens. Sessions are conducted live via Zoom or Google Meet.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals aged 6 and above. Users under 16 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian to enrol. By submitting an enrolment form, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Free Trial Sessions

We offer one free trial session (up to 30 minutes) per student. The trial is intended to assess your level, discuss goals, and match you with a suitable tutor. It does not constitute a commitment to purchase further sessions.

5. Booking and Payment

After your free trial, our team will send you a payment link via email. We accept bank transfer, PayPal, Payoneer, major credit cards, and crypto transfers (BNB / USDT). Payment is required before scheduled sessions begin. Prices are listed per hour and may vary by course and tutor.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be charged at 50% of the session fee. No-shows may be charged the full session fee.

7. Tutor Matching

We aim to match each student with the most suitable tutor based on their goals, level, and preferences. You may request a specific tutor or ask to switch tutors after your trial session. We reserve the right to decline a match if we believe another tutor is better suited.

All course materials, lesson plans, worksheets, and resources provided by Tutorily are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of these materials without written permission is prohibited.

10. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to help every student achieve their goals, we do not guarantee specific exam scores or outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, attendance, practice, and other factors beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

Tutorily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Third-Party Services

Our services rely on third-party platforms including Zoom, Google Meet, PayPal, and payment processors. We are not responsible for outages, data breaches, or service interruptions caused by these third parties.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted at https://tutorily.io/terms with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tutorily operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
